Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
Ironhorse Stallions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates ironhorsestallions.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information you provide
When you submit a form on the Site (contact form, newsletter signup, or a mare booking inquiry), we collect the information you enter. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and, for booking inquiries, details about your mare such as her name, pedigree, and breeding history.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect certain information automatically:
- Usage data. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate information about pages visited, referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. It does not use cookies.
- Advertising measurement. A Google Ads conversion tag records when a visitor who arrived from one of our Google ads completes a booking inquiry, so we can measure whether our ads are working. Google may set cookies to do so.
- Session recordings and heatmaps. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Clarity masks text typed into form fields so that information is not captured in recordings. Microsoft's privacy statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com.
- Bot protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. It may use cookies and device signals to do so.
- Rate limiting. We temporarily record your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and protect the Site from abuse.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, including IP address, request time, and pages requested.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries, including mare booking requests, and communicate with you.
- To send you our newsletter and updates if you signed up for them.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- To protect the Site against spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf and only for the purposes above: MailerLite (email list and newsletters), Formspree (form delivery), Upstash (rate limiting), Cloudflare (bot protection), Vercel (hosting, analytics, and server logs), Google (advertising measurement), and Microsoft (Clarity). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Cookies
Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare Turnstile, and the Google Ads tag set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies does not prevent you from using the Site, though some features may not work as intended. You can manage Google's ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send email only to the address you provided. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop receiving email at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Residents of California and certain other states may have additional rights under applicable law; contact us and we will respond in accordance with those laws.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless a longer period is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Other websites
The Site may link to other websites. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
